April 2009, Minnesota Twins Report

taken from the inspiration I wrote a long post in our forum on playitusa.com , I did that already .. I put it here too! :)

The Twins closed April with a nice palindrome: 11-11. The records are quite happy .. I usually a hot start cools toward the end of season, but starting with a record low just breaks! : D

The starters are malino parties. the surprise of last year is now sold out and we now expect all (themselves first?) to confirm the numbers last year. We hope that the departures last week are indicative of a recovery.

The bullpen is quite revolutionized. is not so strong as in previous years. Pat will miss this season and is already in DL Crain. Nathan himself has already blown a save. Anyway I am confident in pitching staff Gardy, who has always been up to.

long vacation or new home?

For now I take it as if it were a holiday of three months, but do not exclude that could turn into a new home more or less fixed. Yes, some day I went (back?) To live alone! This time I'm really alone, because I took a monolocalino in that Bogliasco.

The photo above is the glimpse we see from the garden (I have to snip a few branches ..), but since some days the temperature fell swoop by several degrees, I do not know if they knowingly exploit a lot .. :/

Anyway, good feeling. It is very strange, strange mind.

all star game 2008

Since it's been a while that I'm not talking baseball (who knows why ..) this year bDiario post here on the list of my votes for the 'All Star Game 2008. The guns are mostly a show, so I based my choices solely on the "sympathy" of players.

American League Ballot
C Joe Mauer (Minnesota Twins) our franchise player
1B Justin Morneau (Minnesota Twins) our slugger
2B Aaron Hill (Toronto Blue Jays) I have it in dinasty of fanta
SS David Eckstein (Toronto Blue Jays) nor to enter the mythical "autistic"?
3B Mike Lowell (Boston Red Sox) no longer young, but still strong
LF Manny Ramirez (Boston Red Sox) how can you not love "manny being manny"? (Later this year with his double game " with five to a fan "between one and out the other ..)
CF Torii Hunter (Los Angeles Angels) I was a little undecided .. SAAM see him without the coat of twins .. but then .. hunter hunter is always ..
RF Ichiro Suzuki (Seattle Mariners) mythical. one can not include in a list of outfielders

National League Ballot
C Yadier Molina (St. Louis Cardinals) to honor "the mother of Molina" one of the three I was putting. I chose the one that makes everyone out on the bases.
1B Todd Helton (Colorado Rockies) a machine for BB. fantastic.
2B Castillo Louis (New York Mets), the National League did not know much .. I then chose between a former Twins 2B
SS Troy Tulowitzki (Colorado Rockies) very talented, strong defense, strong in attack.
3B David Wright (New York Mets) my first choice this year fantadraft
LF Ryan Braun (Milwaukee Brewers) in honor of kalle, at least one boy had to put the Brew Crew!
CF Juan Pierre (Los Angeles Dodgers) makes me crazy with ka jacket three sizes beyond its
RF Kosuke Fukudome (Chicago Cubs) to our first radio broadcast of this year drew the result in the ninth with a 3-Run Homer
