back on the pitch, stupid smile

I now disrespect to a person who was giving me a hand. the terrible thing for me is that I did not realize it. I've already a few times to make this mistake. sometimes "step over" the people. when it happens with people who want to hinder me, well .. that's okay. but since I happen to do it with those who want to help me .. I want to learn to realizing it in time.

I hope that this "lesson" to help me improve.
