arrogance is [...]
Four months expect my motor is repaired under warranty. Four months, not four days.
For the first three months I was told that "the piece is coming." Then I discovered that it did not even know where my scooter and that the piece had never been ordained. Not only. It was not even registered at A prilia!
For some time I realized that normality is to work with shit. Then there are also companies that are working "normally". And if you're lucky enough to find it necessary to keep them good.
But the thing that pisses me off and that gives me infinite sadness is that people in obvious guilt as that described above, when you point out (after FOUR months) that the responsibility is theirs, instead of apologizing the corner between the legs, become arrogant and unload the blame on others. Most of the time right on the person who suffered the wrong hand.
It 's depressing to realize that not much can be done. You can not try to "touch" morally such people because they seem to be insensitive to any word (the most that I came to give him is to think of '"average Italian" ..). You can not go the legal route because I would make a costly civil lawsuit, insecure and especially luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuunghissima.
It 's just depressing.
I am left with only two things:
1) Do not go grocery Motorcity (Via Finocchiaro Aprile, Via Renata Bianchi Via Malta)
2) I bought a 125 used to spend up to 200 euros in the expectation that the Leonardo returns (unless someone has one I can borrow ..; D)
If the reader turns the voice makes me a favorone ..
ps. [...] = I can not find the words to define the state of mind that gives me the arrogance of others.
